Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms, under no circumstances shall we be held liable to you and/or any third party for any special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential Losses or for any direct or indirect loss of profits, data or goodwill, whether arising out of any contract (including these Terms), tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we knew or should have known of the possibility of any such Losses.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the aggregate liability of CBIZ to you for any and all Losses (including those arising from third party claims) arising from or in connection with or relating to any contract (including these Terms), tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise shall not exceed INR 1,000.
14. Termination
Your right to Use the Site is subject to these Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or remove any content at any time, without notice (whether temporarily or permanently) in our sole discretion, if you violate the Terms or any other applicable policies or any breach of applicable law, for any reason whatsoever.
Upon termination, you must cease all Use of the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time. We are not responsible for maintaining User submissions after termination.

17. Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

20. General Terms
No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by your Use of the Site. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CBIZ regarding Use of the Site. We operate as a distinct and legally independent entity under applicable Indian laws and regulations.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of, or in connection with these Terms or related to this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Bengaluru, India to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your Use of this Site.
